​Are you one of those people That have heard so much about yoga, that you think it might be good for you?

Are you a little worried that you might not be able to keep up with everyone else because “you’re not flexible”?

Do you really wish somebody would just explain the process to you so that you can actually understand what it is that you’re trying to accomplish?

Yoga curious/yoga for beginners, is just a class for you! No need to be intimidated, because you will be surrounded with people that are in the same boat!

Ashtanga Yoga Class
Ashtanga Primary Series

​​​​Ashtanga Yoga is one of the most powerful,
popular and proven methods of Yoga.
It involves synchronizing the breath
with a progressive series of postures that produce
intense internal heat and a purifying sweat
that in turn detoxifies muscles and organs.

As such it is practiced in a non heated setting.

Focus is on the breath, so it is traditionally practiced without music.

 This format is a GUIDED practice. It is suitable for all levels.

Saturday 10:00-11:30

Wednesday Class is designed to be a teaching class.
We break down and explore poses in depth as well as spend extensive time on adjustments and suggestions for students’ individualized needs.  

Saturday Class is A full guided Primary Series Class.
The instructor will be demonstrating the poses and doing the class with the students in the front of the room.

Restorative yoga is a form of yoga that seeks to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation with the aid of props.

The use of props makes it easier for you to maintain balance while you are stimulating and relaxing your body.
